leadership training

Eloquence’s leadership training is offered at three levels: executive leadership, leadership, and rising leadership. The executive leadership training is designed to meet the specific needs and challenges of VP or Suite C titles. Our leadership training is open to anyone in a position of leadership regardless of rank or title. In this category, we additionally offer targeted courses for women and leaders with a quieter disposition. Our rising leadership training is designed for solo contributors who are seeking promotion to a management position or individuals who are recently promoted to a management position and want to level up their skills.

communication skills

Communication training, also known as “soft skills” or “people skills” training is the process of learning how to evolve your behavior so that you interact more effectively and harmoniously with others and have a greater impact.  These courses can be taken for professional development or personal enrichment as they apply to both business and social contexts.  If you want to take your speaking and listening skills to the next level, boost your confidence, and learn how to read and respond to others more effectively, these courses are an excellent match.  Eloquence levels their leadership training by title and/or experience but our Communication Courses are open to anyone.  Each course is subject specific but they all complement one another.  You are welcome to take one course as a stand alone course or several in sequence, in any order of preference.

on-site workshops

Eloquence offers on-site workshops, held at clients' offices, which are built for your team's specific needs. Our team workshops emphasize professional development and more efficient and effective working practices, and can increase team members' polish and professionalism, enhance their ability to operate under stress, identify strategies for delivering difficult information, and help them run more productive meetings and manage a diverse set of group dynamics. Team workshops often help identify natural leaders within an organization, and streamline workflows by giving teams new tools for resolving conflict and generating consensus on a course of action.
