on point leadership

The On Point Leadership Course is an executive training program that enhances speaking and listening skills. The course will identify your natural ability and teach you to leverage those more advantageously.  It will also identify weak skills, distracting behaviors or mixed messaging cues in your communication and skill those up.  This course will teach you to read and respond to a wider range of cues in communication and will enhance your emotional intelligence.  It is designed to help you communicate authentically and more confidently in accordance with who you are as a person. It will teach you ways to have greater connection with and impact on other people and includes motivational and inspirational speaking skills to prep you for everything from “all hands” to TED.  This training will help you to self define your leadership role and guide you with the people skill necessary to “grow people” and develop a thriving company culture.

Training begins with an evaluation that answers the question “how do I read to other people?” It is an impartial analysis of your behavior and details out your communication ability in meticulous detail to differentiate what you think you are doing with what you are actually doing.  A 12 session training course is built for you based on the results of the evaluation.

Duration: 12 private sessions; 50 minutes each, conducted weekly.

quiet leadership

This course supports people who have a quieter style of leadership who do not embody the traditional extroverted model.  It helps people with quieter dispositions lead groups of people without compromising integrity. It is designed to help people with a “listen first” style of communication address the nuances of interjecting and expressing their thoughts and ideas. It helps people who need a bit more time to think through their responses and have difficulty speaking extemporaneously, “ad-hock” or “off the cuff” speak more fluidly when unprepared. It offers strategies to manage nervousness, social anxiety and speaking pressure if relevant and helps them be more succinct and crisp under pressure. It offers strategies for navigating competitive or aggressive personalities and align groups on a course of action.  It addresses formal communication situations like presentation and public speaking as well as informal contexts like hall way banter, “chatting” and social niceties.

Duration: 10 private sessions; 50 minutes each, conducted weekly.
